Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SustainNet products and services, including the SustainNet platform, Vibe Coding Academy, Family Meal Planner, and related applications ("Services").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One account per person — duplicate accounts may be merged or removed

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tiers are available with limited features
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayFast in South African Rand (ZAR)
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI systems
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
Use AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Resell or redistribute content generated by our AI features without attribution

5. AI-Generated Content

AI features (Guardian, INGWE, coaching) provide suggestions, not professional advice
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them
AI interactions are logged for quality improvement (with your consent)
We follow the AIM-DRAG governance framework: AI Drafts, Researches, and does Grunt work — but Analysis and decisions are yours

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, code, design, and content are owned by Honey Badger Labs (Pty) Ltd
Content you create using the Services belongs to you
AI-generated content created through our Services may be used by you freely
Vibe Academy educational materials are licensed for personal use only

7. Data Protection

We process your personal information in accordance with POPIA. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, retention, and your rights.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (GCP, PayFast, Anthropic)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the API or by contacting us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
